Our boutonnieres and corsages workshop are here for you! These words might sound unfamiliar to you but fret not, we will explain. The boutonniere originates from the French word for buttonhole, it is a small, single flower worn on the lapel of the groom and the men in the wedding ceremony. The corsage is a small bundle of flowers pinned to the lapel of the woman’s clothing or tied around her wrist. This word originated from the French word bouquet de corsage. Previously, only the bridal party would receive the boutonnieres and corsages. However, in modern days, even families and friends of the wedding gets to wear them. To make your wedding more memorable, you can opt the idea of setting up a station for your guests to create their own boutonnieres and corsages to be worn throughout the wedding. This way of involving your guests is bound to impress them!
